Hear Brooklyn's San Fermin tonight at 9 on FUV Live

Brooklyn orchestral pop band San Fermin is the brainchild of musician Ellis Ludwig Leone, who began writing the band's self-titled debut album right after college graduation. As a young person trying to find his way in the world, he used the songs as an outlet for him to explore topics of nostalgia, family and religion. Leone doesn’t actually sing any of the parts, though he wrote all the lyrics and composed all the music. I talk with San Fermin’s bandleader about the album, and we hear some of the new songs performed in Studio A, during this episode of FUV Live.
