For 25 years and more than a million miles, Pete and Maura Kennedy have been road warriors, starting as members of Nanci Griffiths' Blue Moon Orchestra and maintaining a flawless track record as a folk duo.

The Kennedys' 14th album, Safe Until Tomorrow, reflects their compassion and maturity, whether the songs are personal, like "Umbrella" and "Safe Until Tomorrow," or somewhat topical, as on "Be Silent No More."

While they've lived for many years in the East Village, the Kennedys have always been at home at WFUV, and it was real pleasure to welcome them back to Studio A.
