The trio Mountain Man first visited FUV's Studio A back in December of 2010 after Molly Sarle, Alexandra Sauser-Monnig and Amelia Meath had released their debut album, Made The Harbor. Their gorgeous vocal harmonies were impressive, and it seemed certain that the band would be around for the long haul.

But the trail went cold on Mountain Man for awhile. They toured with Feist, and then Meath formed another band, Sylvan Esso, which visited Studio A a couple of times. Now the hiatus is over, and Mountain Man is back with a cozy new album, Magic Ship.

During this episode of FUV Live, I'll talk with the trio about their triumphant reunion, and we'll hear some of their new songs too.
