New York, New York -- Team FUV is heading down to Rockwood Music Hall in New York City for FUV Live At CMJ on a quest for musical discovery.

On October 15 from 5 to 9 p.m., FUV DJs Rita Houston, Russ Borris, Carmel Holt, Alisa Ali, and Eric Holland will host the broadcast  from the second annual CMJ Showcase at Rockwood Music Hall, along with spin some tunes in the back room at Rockwood between sets. FUV Live at CMJ is free and open to the public, offering everyone the chance to expand their musical tastes and discover a possible new favorite artist or song.  Performances include up-and-comers such as New Jersey-based band Saint Rich, Brooklyn indie-pop band Lucius, acoustic-pop singer/songwriter James Bay, and German band Claire, who will be making their U.S. radio debut at Rockwood. Listen live on 90.7 FM or www.wfuv.org.

The CMJ Music Marathon is the place for emerging artists on the rise to showcase their talents in various nightclubs and theaters across New York City. This year’s festival will take place October 15 through the 19, all day and night.
