Lawmakers Call for Tax Credit to Promote Diversity in TV and Film Production

A recent report from the Writers Guild of America shows women and minorities are extremely underrepresented behind the scenes in film and televsion production. But some New York lawmakers are looking to rewrite the script for these groups of writers and directors. WFUV's Diana Nelson has more.
