Morning Brief: November 13 2015

Two suicide bombings struck Lebanon's capital, Beirut, last night. One of the suicide bombers, who survived the blast, told officials he was an ISIS recruit and arrived in the country from Syria with three other associates. Lebanon officials believe the bombers could be part of a larger cell sent to the country by higher ups in the Islamic State group.
