New York Commuters Bracing for "Summer of Hell"
What many commuters are calling the "Summer of Hell" begins Monday at Penn Station. The eight weeks of track repairs are forcing many of the 600,000 commuters who use NJ Transit and the LIRR to readjust their travel habits.
